Once you overcome the “old kanji” barrier (words like どこ、あなた、会う & more written with their old kanjis 何処、貴方、逢う) you’ll find a smooth N2+ reading plenty of dialogues and letters about love, life and literature between university students. Only 1 or 2 more profound monologues will take your a bit more of your time. As for the story, although its shortness, it’s a very moving novel
