The Big Kaijuu List

The Classic era of movies and the classic version of Godzilla To some they are the best :sparkle:

1) ゴジラ（1954）ー　This was an unexpected masterpiece, you will definitely fall in love with it.

2) ゴジラの逆襲　ー　they tried making another godzilla movied and failed miserably, way too much unnnecessary back and forth trying to make more of a story for the characters, it was honestly plain and boring.

3) キングコング対ゴジラ　ー　After the last failure they tried going to the parody direction, which went well. A fun movie.

4) モスラ対ゴジラ（1964）ー　Great movie. Very fun to watch and a fun introduction to the Mothra series (even when I didn't watch it yet).

5) 三大怪獣　地球最大の決戦　ー　Boring, not much of a story or characters at all.

6) 怪獣大戦争（1965）　ー　Fun to watch movie. 7) ゴジラ・エビラ・モスラ　南海の大決闘　ー　This was absolutely hi~larious. Basically Godzilla with surfer music and the vibes in the story fit it.

8) 怪獣島の決戦 ゴジラの息子　ー　Universe wise this feels a lot closer to the ebirah universe then the previous films. The son is uglier then sin but becomes cuter as you watch the movie. The wonders of watching a creature nature is truly marvelous.

9) 怪獣総進撃　ー　The 70's gore-ish vibes are showing STRONG, as in trigger warning a bit of dead body dissection (only a very short and relatively shallow kind but still). Otherwise, plot wise it's still very much the typical kaijuu and the costumes are a bit more on the showy side as times go.

10) ゴジラ・ミニラ・ガバラ オール怪獣大進撃　ー　I'm allowing myself to put this "spoiler" because frankly it feels like more of a warning to whomever else wants to try watching godzilla movies. This movie was entirely a children's movie, the monsters themselves are not really a situation factor and more of an emotional support one.

11) ゴジラ対ヘドラ　ー　This entire movie is a bad drug trip.

12) 地球攻撃命令 ゴジラ対ガイガン　ー　Movie was fun, they came back to overdramatic si-fi plots.

13) ゴジラ対メガロ　ー　Movie was great! Godzilla meets Power Ranger Vibes. Honestly enjoyed!!!

14) ゴジラ対メカゴジラ　ー　Fun movie, the music was different which was nice.

15) メカゴジラの逆襲　ー　the last movie of the Shouwa age, is a bit of a mess.

1) ゴジラ（1984）ー　fun movie. To quote myself: "the entire thing is just a dramatization of how my cat acts around the house".

2) ゴジラvsビオランテ　ー　Was cute. Still mimicing my cat + a combo of weird stereotypes and representation of Saudi Arabia?

3) ゴジラvsキングギドラ　ー　cheesy Godzilla movie, but with time travel.

Really cute series, great as a parody with many references and great as a romance comedy. MC is honestly cute, the male interest is honestly nice, and the characters are all fun to experience. The only downsize is that it's a monthly magazine issued manga so an entire volume comes out once a year in a good case.

Strong start, turns more typical as the volume goes on... read the 1st volume but not sure if I'll continue further... overall not bad

Unexpectedly wholesome story. You would think it's some kind of comedic or plain strange story from the cover, but in reality it explores a little into acceptance as a general, but particularly focuses .....
