For absolute beginners. It's rated N5. It's a fun and helpful way to start learning with this book.
May be rated about N4. A book to continue after the first one makes fun to make progress.
About N3 in my search. Though a tough start with the book as it is in Japanese and requires a lot of translation works in my opinion. But you dive into Japanese. There may be an easier textbook for N3 for those who like to have English translations.
