True Science Fiction list Manga/Books/Movies/Shows any level

Science Fiction tends to be grouped with Fantasy (in Japan?) and then overwhelmingly becomes a Fantasy genre by pure volume and sci-fi is lost in the mix so the intention here is discovery and focus on this genre only. I am thinking psychological action/thriller/horror and mainly trying to find these and separate from Fantasy that feel more focused around romance, escape from life, slice of life, etc. And I'll err on the side of inclusion such as Science or lack of clarity if I haven't read as the total size of the genre feels small.
