unique, different to the rest of the series, more action pacted, Vampires

The Kizumonogatari Movies are so good. I love the unique visuals and style. Especially with the jazzy Soundtrack.

This movie feels really dark and VAMPIRES!

The Animation is gorgeous, there are some scenes that really are stuck in my mind. It also is great in connection with Bakemonogatari since it explains alot. Dont expect the usual Monogatari experience, the story of this movie series is noticably written different. It still is Monogatari tho and the dialogue we get is fun, but there is a lot more of the most amazing, over the top and comically hilarious action I have ever seen.

Big recommendation.

I think you can also use this movie trilogy as an lighter introduction into the series. I think it is also a bit easier language-wise than the rest of the series because there is less focus on the dialogue.
