Why can't I grade this item?
Well made, middling story
For learning, it's a fairly good movie, though there are bits of monologue that are a bit difficult to follow.
Well the movie is well-made (shots, animation, music), the story is a bit flat. It ends up being "another time travel love story". The character building around of Makoto is weak, her only interests seem to be involved in trying to either stay out of a relationship or helping others enter into one, versus doing more novel things with her time traveling powers.
