Compared to other anime's relatively mid with a basic plot though it does have good visuals. Dialogues are very short and could easily be condensed down into a possibly 3 minute short. Not completely useless since its understandable but its relatively dispersed through the movie and as pointed out half of it is names.

Sweet little short film about a shy but imaginative elementary-school boy rushing to confess his crush when the girl he likes is about to move away. The story is nothing special; the love interest doesn't have much depth beyond 'nice' and 'likes birds', and I also really didn't appreciate the short going out of its way to have the main character see his love interest's underwear twice in the span of about thirty seconds. However, the art is where this short really shines, with beautiful birds
