This review will be biased as I am a fan both of the Final Fantasy series as well as of FF15.
For anyone that has played the game, this explains what happens right after Noctis first leaves Insomnia and what the King does during this time. You do see a few known characters from the game and it does expand on some of what is known from the game and DLC.
