Timeless Masterpiece
Man, moments like this remind me why I'm so glad I chose to study this language. This is one of Japan's oldest stories, dating back to the Heian period, brought to life by Isao Takahata from Studio Ghibli. I honestly wish more movies could be even half as good as this. It touched me in so many ways. Here, the level of detail is on point, every character feels genuinely human, and the story lingered in my head for days. It's no surprise this is a timeless classic.
