Different from the Manga
Overall, pretty good movie. If you are afraid of seeing spiders, even onscreen, then you should probably skip this one.
The biggest changes are 1) the spiders, 2) Izumi's presence, and 3) some fun stuff I'd rather not spoil.
As far as Izumi goes, I love her. In the manga. I'm not a big fan of the drama representation. I feel like Izumi is more harshly treated like an idiot whereas the manga feels more like she's an airhead, but doesn't really make you feel like she's an idiot or some sort
