Japan is thrown into a panic after several ships are sunk near Odo Island. An expedition to the island led by Dr. Yemani soon discover something far more devastating than imagined in the form of a 50 meter tall monster whom the natives call Gojira. Surprisingly easy to follow language
I was expecting this movie to be hard to understand. Besides technical terms, they speak in relatively short sentences. Without subtitles it would have been much harder due to both audio quality and that the accents that were unfamiliar to me. The plot can still be a bit hard to follow as they will keep most development to a single sentence and then move on, unlike modern movies.
