There's a lot less specialized vocabulary in this movie than other SAO media. Story-wise, it's a sequel to SAO 2, so I wouldn't recommend it to someone who's never seen SAO before. But if you've already watched SAO w/ English subs, and are looking to re-watch it in JP only, OS may be an easier entry point.
A small thing that's nice about the film is that you get to see a bit of the main crew's personalities come out a bit more, since you see them together in social settings that aren't just sch
