Easy language, interesting story, meh protag
To be fair, I'm only around 2 episodes in so far, but I'm shocked at the level this series was given. Everyone speaks clear-enough (by anime standards) and the sentences are ridiculously easy. I'm around an N3-ish level and I was able to understand both episodes perfectly fine with no dictionary. Maybe it was given a higher rating because of some of the game-making lingo thrown in, but it's easy to pick up with context.
As for the plot itself it's alright. A girl (who's obsessed with Bishoujo Games) gets sent back in time and begins to work at a 90s game company. Cool insight into game art creation back then, and some of the culture (time period?) shocks for the MC is funny enough. The MC herself is a bit annoying at times, but not the worst MC I've watched.
Overall for a smooth language watching experience if you're at an N3-ish level and want to look into some retro otaku culture. I'd give it a 3.5-4/5.
