Update: having finished the series, I'll say it's best to go in with moderate expectations. The series starts off strong, and continues for a while, but there's some serious fumbling late in the story. I changed my rating for vol 1 from 5 to 4 bc of this, even tho I thought vol 1 was excellent.
Very light and fun series. Both leads are enjoyable, and the main lead is very proactive. The supporting characters, while not very developed, are all enjoyable. The story makes great use of the two leads different personalities and positions, and the misunderstanding that come from that. There's some stuff in volume 3 that I was pretty annoyed with, and after that I've felt a bit like "come on already", but I'm still really enjoying the story despite that. It's definitely a story I could see myself rereading sometime.
