Collection of short stores by the famous Toriyama Akira

Overall, this is a nice collection, with both serialized and one-off works. It is definitely worth noting the following, however:

• Some of the works (especially the one-shots at the start and Go! Go! Ackman) are definitely beginner-friendly from a language perspective, with commonly used words left in hiragana. This makes sense given that it was marketed to middle schoolers.
• Some of the works (notably Cashman) are much harder and use situational kanji at the level you'd expect from standard Shōnen Jump. If you're reading from start to end, this is a massive difficulty spike in the reading around a third of the way through the book
• Most of the language in the book is very masculine and rough, and some of the stories have not aged well from a content perspective. They were written in a different time and should be appreciated as such. Especially in Dub and Peter 1, and Go! Go! Ackman, the language can get quite crude.

Overall, Cashman aside, this is a fairly easy read, as long as you are familiar with spoken Japanese.
