Still going strong
I mentioned in my review for book one that I wasn't 100% sold on the series, but interested in continuing. I'm happy to say that book two has reinforced all the good points (for me) from book one, so this is definitely one I'll be keeping on my radar.
I was most surprised that a previous character in book one popped up again in this volume, although not in the flesh, and really enjoyed how the reminder of their presence affected ジュン, and the story that continued on after that. Anyway, if you're not a fan of slice of life in the first place this likely won't change any opinions, but the author seems to know what they're doing, and has so far managed to keep consistent with the themes and topics they're going for while introducing a decently large cast of side characters.
