Fun Romp That's Too Short

I read this without reading any of the other novels in the series and realise I should really go back and read them.

This was a fun romp of a story with lots of action and interweaving threads.

If like me you've only seen the Hollywood adaptation of マリアビートル, Bullet Train, then you'll still be able understand most of the references. (Although it might be worth looking up how the book differs from the film.)

Overall it was an easy read thanks to the short paragraphs and chapters. I would say the Japanese is well suited for at least advanced N2 level learners.
