I wish I could give half stars here. I have complicated feelings about this book. The subject matter is very dark, and I didn't necessarily enjoy it. But it paints such a vivid picture of the 70s and the reality the main character lives in, I feel like reading it was worth it.

Subject warnings for drugs and (non-consensual) sex. It is very descriptive.
