I think this one is a little bit more difficult than other school-based works in a similar vein (Horimiya, Bloom into You et al) though mainly because some characters in this have a slightly more complex vocabulary than usual. Additionally in the first chapter there's two particularly notable difficulty spikes: when Mitsumi is imagining how her future career will go, and when she's delivering a speech in front of everybody. Other than that it's a fairly normal read about high schoolers with a bit of interiority to interrogate here and there.
