Story: This is a good, but somewhat odd series. The initial premise is interesting enough - two girls who don't particularly like being social meet each other while skipping class, and form a bond. Thematically 片思い and codependency, along with healthy vs dysfunctional family relationships are prominent to the story so far. It's only on the 5th volume so far, and I find myself unsure of whether I want the two leads to end up together or not. I'm definitely curious to see how the characters grow, and whether/how they overcome their challenges.
Language: I found it harder than other high school yuri series I've read. The language and phrasing can be a bit abstract at times. It has furigana throughout, but I wouldn't consider it an easy read, nor recommend it as an early manga.
There's also an anime adaptation, which is decent, and covers up through volume 4.
