This was free to read on Bookwalker for a limited time, and I remembered reading it in English some years ago, so I thought why not?
Kanji with full furigana.
It's a very cute, sappy, lighthearted shoujo manga. I'm a sucker for strong friendships, so I love the relationship between Takeo and Sunakawa. And Yamato is a sweetheart!
That said, the miscommunication gets a bit cringey at times because "Dude, it's so obvious! STOP!" Like a train wreck you can't look away from.
Kanji with full furigana. I've read a lot of shoujo so far, so the masculine speech patterns and slang that Takeo uses took some getting used to. That said, I didn't find it particularly difficult until the last chapter, when suddenly everyone got super verbose and set my poor head spinning.
A light-hearted, enjoyable read.
