Real-life sociopath goes on a killing spree in an MMORPG ...
... and of course she is a cute girl. This is Japanese media after all ;)
Entertainment: The premise is fun and the book delivers what you would expect: Fast paced action and lots of killing. Don't expect much else however. This book is actually very short if you ignore the constant character stats and skill update reports. There are also long sections of other player recapping what happened in an online forum as well as lengthy extra chapters in the end of the book. All in all the actual story is 50K characters at most, probably less that that. As a result there really is not much room for character development or relationships with other characters. If you expect more than action you might be disappointed.
Language Learning: This is not an easy book to read. I found it similar in difficulty to the Fate Stay Night VN, in both vocab and grammar, and would not recommend it to beginner readers. Despite having a ~20K word Anki deck I still mined a lot of new words.
