The beginning seemed like it might be fun but the middle was dragged down by some dull cooking scenes that went on for too long.

The writing is easy to read, but also bland and repetitive. There are some POV changes to tell a scene from a different view. IMO this wasn’t used effectively, and it often felt more like filler than a literary device that developed the plot or characters.

I gave it 3 stars but it’s really more like 2.5 for me. I think this type of isekai light novel is not for me.
