I normally can't stop reading but when I started playing JACKJEANNE all of my books had to be put down because I loved it so very much!! Naturally, when I found out they released a novel I devoured it. This novel follows the characters of JJ's Quartz (yes, even Otori) throughout their summer performance, with mostly extra scenarios that weren't included in the game. There are also illustrations from Ishida Sui scattered throughout. It's so much fun, and really easy to read. Recommended 100% for fans of the game. I hope they'll make novels for all of the other performances too. Please also play JACKJEANNE!!!! (out on Nintendo Switch, it's so much fun and great Japanese practice)
I can't help but think Mitsuki got the short end of the stick in this collection, as all of the other characters got completely original stories yet Mitsuki's was just expanded on from one of his events in-game.Also Neji is the GOAT, you are welcome to fight me if you think otherwise !! (I am not strong. I will lose.)
