This is the easiest set of graded readers you can buy between the Taishukan and Ask series. They are equal to the difficulty of most of the free level 0 ebooks on the Tadoku website. These also include downloadable audio.

All of the books in this set are photo diaries with captions, so no narratives to follow here. They do provide some cool information and insight on various topics about Japanese culture.

If you are looking for some level 0 graded readers and like nonfiction and Japanese cultural tidbits, get this set. If you prefer to read fiction at this level then get any of the level 0 Ask graded reader sets.
