Surprisingly cute!

I'm not usually a reader of Cute Girls Doing Cute things, but I needed something to pad out an order and I'm a sucker for Final Fantasy XIV, so I took a chance on this. I was not previously familiar with the Saki series, and you do not need to be to read this. All the main characters are young ladies who are a part of their school's mahjong club, and our three main heroines in particular try FFXIV on a mahjong recommendation. Before long they've started sampling the other features of the game (dungeons, fishing, dyeing clothes, starting a Free Company, etc.) and making new friends, who, unbeknownst them, also happen to be girls from other high schools who are in their own mahjong clubs. So it's all very friendly and cozy, cute girls everywhere, etc.
I found this to be quite easy to read, even without the furigana. The worst a reader will likely find is game terms in katakana, most FFXIV-specific; some are explained in a sidebar to the reader, some are not, and even if you don't end up understanding any of them I don't think it should disrupt your reading experience much, if at all.
