Read it if you like Sanrio. Otherwise, there are better things to read.
In this book, the Sanrio character Mymelody is a radio show host responding to questions from listeners about various life problems. Topics include friendship, dating, family troubles, work troubles, etc. Since the book is aimed toward a younger audience, the topics are not very deep and Mymelody's answers are usually not very helpful (lol).
From an entertainment perspective, I can't really recommend it unless you're a big fan of Sanrio/Mymelody. As for the language learning aspect, the grammar is straightforward and probably understandable by someone familiar with N4 grammar topics. I did learn some new words and kanji though. Mymelody's way of speaking is very childish and playful so there are a lot of onomatopoeia, contractions, and expressions that I was not familiar with. As an adult male, I didn't find it particularly valuable to learn, but it doesn't hurt to see them I guess.
If you happen to have easy access to this book and want a confidence booster, read it if you like, but there are definitely other more useful and entertaining things to read.
