Non-fiction Slice-of-Life
I was honestly expecting a novel, but this is a non-fiction essay about 4 otaku women in theory 40s living together.
There's no drama, and events are explained very quickly and plainly. I honestly found it a bit boring, but there was a lot of commonly used Japanese about moving house and living in Japan, making it a great book for N2 readers looking to practice for the N1.
There is also a lot of otaku references, which I think would be hard for non-otaku to understand.
Overall an OK book, which might be better for language study than entertainment.
