Darker than you'd expect...

I thought it was a bit sus to have a short story collection by 乙一 aimed at children, and I was not wrong.

3 stories are included:

  • きみにしか聞こえない about a girl who imagines a mobile phone in her head and one day it suddenly starts ringing... (This story made me want to throw the book against a wall.)
  • 傷 about 2 boys who meet in a school for children with special needs but neither of them seems to have special needs. (heart-breaking)
  • ウソカノ about a boy who pretends to have a girlfriend. (This was the most light-hearted of the 3 but that's not saying much, tbh.)

Content warnings: death, child abuse (!!!), bullying
