About as perfect as a horror novel gets that takes huge amounts of inspiration from the author's upbringing among creepypastas and SCPs. Seemingly disparate fragments come together to form a frightening tale the further you delve into the horrific depths this book has to offer. A bit on the tougher side language-wise due to the abundance of Buddhist terms and the at times eclectic, highly literary writing style, but all the more enjoyable because of it. Though there were some dry patches I could not put this down. Featuring fear in all the shades humans can feel and some gruesome imagery at the end that will stay with you for a long time.
