This is a slice of life school romance from the early 1990s.
I picked this up because I liked other works by 矢沢あい and wanted to see what else she’d done. Sometimes a school romance is enjoyable even if you’re not the target audience, but this isn’t looking like it’s going to be one of them.
There’s full furigana. The vocabulary range is not broad, as you’d expect from the genre. However, it’s a 30 year old manga and the dialogue feels slightly old-fashioned in a way that’s hard to describe. If you’re a beginner, I think you’ll get more benefit out of reading a more current story.
