It's about a girl who gets isekaied and becomes a prostitute. There is a lot of sex, including sexual violence/rape. It's not played for fanservice - often the opposite. The setting is overall violent and misogynistic, and to call the book "problematic" is probably a massive understatement. If this doesn't sound like your cup of tea steer clear.
I think it's a pretty good book though. Haru is very easy to sympathise with. The plot is thin, but it's not really the point. It's a teardown of the typical isekai power fantasy, and it largely hits the emotional beats. It's not just misery-porn either.
That said, I don't think I'd actually recommend it, unless you're quite sure it's what you're looking for. And, I suspect it wouldn't stand up very well if you think about it too hard.
Difficulty-wise, I thought it was very easy. The narration is extremely straightforward and conversational, and there were very few words I didn't know.
