A unique volume of short stories. These weren't previously published in the magazine, and all (except the last) directly feature one of the main cast members. Some of the information here will definitely be relevant in the main story! Two stories even take place in the near future (but are intended to be read now). The umbrella story was my least favorite (tho there are some great sections), as it's meandering, and I was never interested in it in the first place. It's the only one that does not feature any main cast member, and is totally skippable.
