First Manga? Yes!
If you just want to (finally) read a (your first?) manga, this is a definite recommendation. For me it was almost too easy - nonetheless it felt great to actually make it through a manga and understand almost everything without needing to use a dictionary. Story wise I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, though, as I thought it was kinda lacking.
