Really sweet series. The MC is a bit bland and overly passive at times, but has some moments where he shines too. One of my favorites was when He breaks out of hiding their relationship at school, to protect his girlfriend from terrible rumors. The female lead is very likeable, and at times surprisingly mature. So far (7 episodes) the supporting characters are ok but, with one or two exceptions, not super prominent in the plot. There's a few minor suspension of disbelief / "only in an anime" things, particularly with Maria's actions and how the MCs just kind of accept them and barely register that she really hates her sister, but not to the point of detracting from the show. Where the characters lack a bit, the premise makes up for it - both MCs experience many firsts, due to their being total opposites.
Overall, if you're looking for a cute, easy watch, this is probably a decent pick. Nothing particularly unique language-wise, but certainly a good one to add in the high school romance/slice of life category.
