A very fun show, usually well-written. Occasionally things can get redundant, and there's a few eps that are really contrived, but overall the vibe is great. The 2 leads have a great frenemies dynamic, and push each other in good and bad ways, while being extremely cute, in their respective ways. You see them both struggle and flourish in their individual careers, often helping each other overcome their various weaknesses or rise to the next level. You also see their "not friendship" develop, and it's very enjoyable. In the final episodes you get to see them actually doing アフレコ (voice recording for anime) work, and it's really something to watch, as they get to the final product.
As an adaptation, this is an extremely straight adaptation (at least for the first LN) that brings it to life in the best way. In fact, I'd recommend it over the LN, bc they're basically identical, and the LN doesn't really have anything deeper than what you see on screen.
In terms of yuri, it's basically a VERY LOUD subtext sort of show (ie "these characters are sooooo gay for each other", but romance isn't the focus). Otherwise, there's also a few dumb fanservice scenes (which are worse in the anime), but lots of really sweet moments as well.
Overall, I think the show is definitely worth a watch if you're considering it.
