One of those light novels...

I went in knowing this would include a harem, but desperate as I am for easy fantasy series with audiobooks I thought I'd give it a try anyways. Can't say I'm glad I did.

The main character does nothing - that's basically his class, standing there doing nothing - but is still incredibly overpowered right from the start, simply because of the class he got. Because of this, all the combat scenes are pretty rough to read. He's just standing there yelling things that are probably supposed to sound cool. Then there is the plethora of attractive women that instantly love him, mostly because he's so good at standing there doing nothing. Any sort of plot is missing. The majority of the book is spent on either people talking about how great the MC is or women throwing themselves at the MC. Sometimes both at the same time.

The only value I see in this is it being a fairly easy fantasy series with an audiobook, so it can serve as an entry to more difficult novels in the genre for those that can stomach this kind of book.
