A collection of two early one-shots
This book is a collection of two of the mangaka's earlier one-shots, シンデレラ(Boy)確率論 and 雨のち晴れ.
シンデレラ(Boy)確率論: a new 23yo employee at some sort of entertainment/modeling company is assigned as the new manager to the company's 18yo top model; the model falls for him at first sight and spends the story trying to win his approval. The longer is the two stories, this takes up about 2/3 of the page count.
雨のち晴れ: a salaryman coincidentally meets up with a young male prostitute he recently bought the services of, and the two work through their burgeoning feelings for each other.
I enjoyed both stories; the second could have used a longer page count, I think, but the first is pretty cute. This collection is definitely a step up from the author's first, 罠, both in terms of story and art.
A digital edition was recently (as of this review) released, and while I haven't flipped through it, it should contain extra color pages the physical edition does not.
There's full furigana, generally everyday vocabulary (barring some words or particles the author used kanji instead of kana for; it's a bit of a quirk of hers, I believe), and generally N3 grammar, making the book a fairly low-key and quick read.
