I mostly concur with 暁のルナ's earlier review. I will say I found 薬屋 not easy, but at least surprisingly straightforward (having viewed the anime); most of the difficulty lies with the unfamiliar vocabulary, with the grammar being mostly recognisable apart from some more archiac forms of expression. Furigana helps greatly here, though I did notice a bit more of a habit of using ruby/furigana text to 'hide' modern meanings in more archiac terminology, etc. An extremely enjoyable challenge for my current level.
