Omegaverse: Angst, Lust, and Family
If you enjoy parenting BL with healthy, supportive relationships, a bit of smut, and some drama thrown in for good measure, I'd definitely recommend this. While the art is just okay, and the story isn't particularly novel, it has the perfect mixture of qualities I really enjoy, and so it has become one of my favourite manga series.
A word of caution, though: the series, and this volume in particular, does contain regular occurrences of potentially triggering content (see below for details). The only real language difficulty stems from the omegaverse setting; otherwise this is a regular modern-day romance. If you haven't read any omegaverse content before, there is a 3-page infodump explaining the world, although you could just look up a quick summary in English if you find this difficult - the terms are the same as in English and usually written in katakana anyway.
TW: gang rape resulting in impregnation, repeated threat of rape/SA, victim blaming
