Another simple read for Kingdom Hearts fans

For any who have played the mobile game this is based on (Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross]), this book is basically a retelling of events from that game, both from the Disney worlds (which are basic retreads of the movies) and from the main plot. The language is comparatively easy; while vocab will be a reader-by-reader issue, the sentences and grammar tended to the easier side of things. There wasn't much/any super specific vocab that comes to mind beyond Kingdom Hearts-specific vocab, and that's typically written in katakana anyway: キーブレード, ハートレス, etc.

For those who are already fans of the franchise, you know what to expect. If you haven't interacted with the games/books/manga before, the setup is basically this: you are a chosen wielder of the Keyblade, a magic weapon, and your mission is to encourage Light and banish Darkness. The (nameless) protagonist travels around various Disney worlds helping out the residents, and in between rests and catches up with friends in the hub world of Daybreak Town, where the main plot moves forward.
