General premise: A 15 year old drug-dealer along with his sibling and crew plan to steal a jewel, hijinks and mystery ensue
The JoJo this time around really stands out compared to the others (in both actions and personality), and the supporting cast so far seems great; not much is fleshed out yet, but it's only the first volume. Overall the characters themselves seem promising and while the genre isn't my type it has me hooked. As the other reviewer mentioned there is a bit of a heavy scene in the first few pages (but other than that nothing too graphic).
The language is typical of all the other modern JoJo parts, maybe a bit easier than SBR (if not for lack of horse-specific terms). The story is set in Hawaii, so there's some key words spelt with English loanword furigana next to the kanji.
Overall: I'm excited to continue!! Araki doesn't disappoint
Good start to a new part
