The first volume of Bleach is a good introduction to the series, but this volume is rougher than I thought it would be. Some of the text is messy and crowded in spots. The story straightforward, but not entirely well-thought. This causes the first volumes of Bleach a narrative mess. This is decent of learning and enjoyable more so for what comes after these first few volumes.
