Possibly the best arcs in Baki
Fighting manga, the author goes really into depth on things and in a surreal and often nonsensical way.
I enjoy the old tournament arc too, but this part of Baki is usually referred to as the best part (story, characters, and art). The Prison arc is now on Netflix, so you can follow up with a watch :)
This was hard to rate, for a few reasons. Often there will be a dozen pages with minimal text (action scenes, fighting, etc) that could be followed by pages full of text and explanations of techniques (via comparisons using terms from various fields, history, etc...)
Then there's Itagaki's infamous use of furigana/ateji for effect. It is absolutely bonkers at times and was one reason why I stopped reading. I am sure you are used to the usual ateji, but you will rarely come across a page without it...
Take a look at it some of it here: https://nlab.itmedia.co.jp/nl/articles/1710/17/news009.html
