Wow! What a fun, rather quick novel. The story is laid out quickly and the plot moves on nicely, which kept me from getting bored. The characters aren’t too complicated, but they have nice dialogue that left me with some quotes to think about even after reading. The language was simple, and the sentences not too complicated. I did need to look up some words related to cognition and some police stuff, but other than that it was very accesible. The story was interesting; I haven’t read a novel with this kind of concept, and it had some nice lessons the reader is left with. Overall, it was a nice read and I’m surprised I ended up enjoying it so much for how simple the story is in actuality lol.
