Smooth read.
Enjoyable story with a nice flow and to it. Not sure if it gravitates more into the direction of action or romance, but for sure there is some more tasteful comedy to discover. Artistically, I'd say it is nothing specially though I like the style and thankfully, the artist didn't overly sexualize the characters.
In terms of difficulty, I think this is far beyond beginner stuff. Some more rarely used Kanji combined with the "Tsukumogami"-topic will require you to either know your stuff or have a dictionary at hand.
I honestly would recommend ~J2 level to enjoy this Manga, though of course: it is a short read relative to a book, so I guess one can start sooner.
As of where I come from: I am working as a language professional, reading anything in regards of Japanese literature for fun and to stay "up to date" - so I myself can maybe recommend books or manga that I have read.
