A year in the graduating class of a spooky high school
A slightly mysterious tradition, and the lives of the highschoolers who get wrapped up in it.
There were some really strong scenes that stood out, but some bits which felt a bit longwinded.
Language wise - Lots of relatively easier high school parts, but some sections brooding over the mystery/horror parts of it felt a bit more difficult than a lighter high school based novel.
