The season starts off a bit scattered, and has a mix of side quests for the party to power up, breaks, and eventually more main story progression. It's especially nice seeing Kagome grow more confident in herself, and it's nice seeing the way the character's various arcs resolve - and the results of that. The relationship between Inuyasha and Kagome is way improved in this season, lacking the petty fights & problems it had from the previous season(s). I wouldn't have minded a shorter final fight (Naraku is sooooo tiresome), but the way it builds and plays out is really nice. Also really loved the ending!!
