Picked up this manga on a whim for the cute art, and man did it not disappoint. It's absolutely adorable all the way through, and really funny too. The premise is a simple enough love triangle, but not one of the super dramatic ones or anything. This is mostly a very lighthearted comedy, with plenty of funny exaggerated reactions from the very lovable protagonist and even some bonus 3- and 4-koma strips in between chapters to flesh out the characters a bit more. And there are plenty of your "doki doki" moments too, so if you just want a sweet shoujo romance this can be that too.
Overall, read the first chapter (it's for free on the magazine website) and if you like the humor definitely buy the volume. There's also a really great one-shot at the end.
Language-wise, I can't say it was too out of the ordinary for this genre (shoujo, rom-com?) though because it is a comedy you might have to look some stuff up to get the jokes. The main difficulty is just that there's a lot of text on each page, from the dialogue to handwritten asides to various diagrams and illustrations. It's not too difficult to follow the plot but a lot of that extra text is a bit challenging.
