this is very "corporate" feeling with the barest effort having gone into drawing scenes - sometimes the environment is just a photo of tokyo edited slightly to look drawn-ish and it's quite funny. that being said, it's a very clean and easy reading experience. never text-dense. i definitely recommend this to beginners, maybe those who have finished Genki I
